Jeep & Dodge tease concepts headed to Moab Easter Jeep Safari
For years Jeep has brought their biggest and baddest concepts to the Easter Jeep Safari in Moab. Last year Jeep brought the Lower Forty… a custom Wrangler with 40″ tires and zero lift. This year will be no different, as we expect to see Chrysler ‘s Dodge and Jeep brands unveil four prototype vehicles. When the dust settles in Moab this is what we expect to see:
Jeep Wrangler J7: Takes off where the J8 Military vehicle left off. Only this year’s version is packing four doors and a HEMI. Look for styling clue that might give an indication to the next generation 70th Anniversary Wrangler expected in 2011.
Jeep Wrangler Trail Boss: Jeep opened up the MOPAR catalog and dumped the entire contents on this one. It is the Jeep the stock Rubicon dreams of being.
Ram Power Wagon: Dodge fires a salvo back. The Power Wagon is a concept breed for one purpose: to compete with the wildly successful Ford Raptor.
Jeep Patriot Extreme: The closest thing to the XJ Cherokee we have seen since 2001.
The 44th annual Easter Jeep® Safari in Moab, Utah takes place from March 27 through April 4.
