Ford can finally close the books on what has been the worst sales years ever for the iconic brand. Mustang sales dipped to an all time low 66,623 units sold. The 45 year old work horse ended the year on an up tick improving more than 62% over December 2008 sales. It is still to early to tell if the Mustang will be able retain its crown as perennial leader in the Pony Car sales war. As a company Ford posted its largest sales increase (33%) since October 2001.
